Republic investors can gain exposure to The 420 Hotels diversified portfolio of companies and become eligible to receive dividend distributions. When 420 Hotels portfolio companies exit, 10% of carried interest goes back to 420 hotels Shareholders. (Note: 420 Hotels anticipates dividends will accrue to a Dividend Pool. Each time the Dividend Pool reaches a minimum threshold of $250K, proceeds will be distributed to shareholders on a pro-rata basis.)
