January 5, 2026 was an impactful first day as a Field Director with the African American Market Unit co-hosting a session in the Baltimore General Office!

It was an honor to acknowledge Milton Dugger Jr, celebrating 53 years of service at New York Life, a legacy that reflects commitment, excellence, and generational impact.

Grateful to partner with Carl W Garnes in support of the agents and advisors in the field. And the icing on the cake was our AAMU team facilitated a Business & Goal Planning session for 200+ agents, advisors, and management, energizing a room of leaders ready to grow and serve with intention.
