📍Truths about bankruptcy 👏🏾

🔸 A bankruptcy depending on which chapter can last 7-10 years on your credit report 😅(unless you do credit repair)

🔸 You can buy a 🏡 during a chapter 13, however you MUST show proof of steady income PLUS meet minimum credit score requirements

🔸 Buying a car after a bankruptcy is doable but ... that interest rate will be sky HIGH 💰 💰 💰

🔸 If you for any reason can’t make the payment arrangement agreed, (chapter 13)bankruptcy is VOID 🙅🏾‍♂️& assets are no longer protected (house,car, business) so... repo & foreclosures are possible. You must refile in order to be protected again ‼️
