Bitcoin Was Created for Peer-to-Peer Value. Is Crypto Finally Returning to Its Original Mission?

Ask most people what Bitcoin is, and they'll probably tell you it's an investment.
Some will call it digital gold.
Others will immediately tell you its current price.
But that's not where Bitcoin started.
The Bitcoin white paper introduced something much more fundamental.
Its opening sentence described a:
"purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash"
Think about that for a moment.
Bitcoin's original story wasn't primarily about exchange listings, ETFs, institutional portfolios, or price predictions.
It was about peer-to-peer value exchange.
The Revolutionary Part of Bitcoin
Before Bitcoin, electronic commerce generally depended on trusted intermediaries.
Banks.

That was revolutionary.
