In just one year of our turnaround plan, we have successfully renovated and re-leased 100 at our , FL properties. 🏢👷🏽‍♂️✍️

Despite the challenges of rising construction costs, a limited labor pool, and even two hurricanes, we're thrilled to announce that we've not only stayed on schedule but also managed to remain within our budget. 🌪️

We take immense pride in our team who faced these obstacles head-on and breathed new life into this '80s vintage portfolio. Their unwavering dedication has allowed us to bring quality workforce housing to our beloved community. 💪🏽🏡
