1. Learn what's important to the employees.
2. Learn what's important to the employer
3. Education. (A plan is only good if both the employer and employees understand what' s included in the plan and how to utilize the plan properly)
4. Constant communication. (Things change rapidly and so do the needs of the employees and employers)
