Things are slowly but surely coming together. This has been an awesome adventure and definitely a huge learning curve. There is a lot of work getting done inside so no pictures yet haha. Thanks to all the people who have worked on it and are still working on it!! More to come! Its not done but it is nearing completion!! There has definitely been a lot of sweat equity put into this property and grateful to my awesome wife Marissa for all the work she has done to support this project!! God bless!! Its going to turn out into a cute little house for sho!

Boy are prices of lumber going up like crazy!! Never thought it would be just sky rocketing. I went to Lowes the other day and took pictures to buy lumber for a project at home and then the next week I went again to actually buy the wood it had gone up almost a dollar....this is funny though I saw this picture and had to share!!

What a difference concrete board, paint, fiberglass, lighting and stick on window paper can make. I like it when work gets done well. Taking it all in and learning all of it! Pretty awesome!

Getting our first rental property ready to go! Getting the family involved haha! Will be occupied mid month! Awesome couple! Excited about this new adventure! Updates of the inside to come!! Apple, peach, plum in the yard are blooming. Tiny sprouts of asparagus shooting out of the ground! These renters would love this garden! They even have solar panels that we had installed a while ago! What a saver!

This is happening all around!! People are bidding way to much for houses and needing additional loans as most banks loan to the appraised value. Not sure why people are over paying for structures that have been standing for years! Cost to make a house in 1950s was 2K. Now the same house is selling for 180k. If your over bidding on a house..you might be in need of a bridge loan to help!
