This past Wednesday, our team was invited to Optum's AEP rollout. It was a great day of learning where Optum is headed and how they're focusing on value-based care, which simply means doctors who are rewarded for keeping you healthy rather than just treating you when you're sick.

At Capstone Health, we've always believed that a good relationship with your primary care doctor is one of the most important parts of your healthcare. That's why we've spent years building relationships with local providers right here in Pasco and the Tampa Bay area. When we know the doctors and the doctors know us, it makes life a whole lot easier for you.

Today, Capstone Health had the opportunity to partner with Optum for a Hurricane Preparedness event focused on helping our community get ready before storm season.
It was great meeting so many local residents, sharing resources and kits for Pasco County residents.
