Loan Officer Sonny Tampa Mortgage Broker. In-House hard money loans to Homeowners and Investors. I started out doing home equity loans and second mortgages in the late 1990s.

I have been helping homebuyers, real estate investors, and business owners in Florida and the Tampa Bay Area for over 20 years. As a mortgage professional, a fellow homeowner, and a past home buyer several times over, I know what it's like to go through the purchase or refinance process from both sides. From there, I focused on Conventional, FHA, and real estate investor products like fix-and-flip

and DSCR for single-family and multi-unit properties. Recently my focus has been on residential home buyers. My professional and personal experience makes me uniquely qualified to handle any situation that comes up during the process. I love connecting potential clients to Real Estate Agents and fellow business owners. I can be your go-to guy, you know the one you can call even if another broker is not sure what to do.
