It’s the first of the month and I have the honor of congratulating THREE different clients for closing on their new homes today! Two first-time homebuyers, and one brand new Florida resident.
Pro insider tip ~ I always recommend closing on a Wednesday or Thursday. Why? Fridays are notoriously busy and if there is any delay whatsoever (ie wire cutoff time or last minute final walk-through issue), you can’t close until Monday. why put yourself or your buyers at risk? Set it for Thursday, and you’ll be good to go!
