What I'm doing is removing those rules because we don't have to follow what NAR agreed to because I'm not part of NAR. So what is the advantage of working with me? You have buyers that are going to be able to look buyers' agents that are gonna be able to look at our listings and see exactly what they're being compensated and speak with their, their, um, clients, their buyers, and say, "Hey, we can move ahead with this because the numbers line up." But let me ask you a question.
