Capped in under 4 months! Congratulations Jolie Lemoine. Jolie committed this year to diving into her database in a systematic way, and she is already seeing the benefits. Working by referral is the best method. What is capping? Capping is Jolie reaching a financial threshold set by the brokerage, and once she hits that mark, the brokerage is no longer taking a % of the check. This is not the first time she has capped, but it is the fastest she has capped. For our new brokerage, she will always hold the spot of the first capped agent! a true professional on the other side of this deal.
