The department announced that on Sunday, May 17, Bianca Jones will become the first African American female Fire Captain in NOFD history — a groundbreaking achievement and a proud moment for the department and community.

2025 was a year of resilience, growth, and progress. This year’s Annual Membership Meeting wouldn’t be possible without you!

In 2025, we expanded our services, increasing deposit protection up to $1 million, and even planting roots in Picayune, MS with a new location.

With $283.8M in assets, $245.6M in shares, and $213M in loans, our momentum is clear—and we’re just getting started.
