Lahasky Investment Group is an investment, development, and management company based in New Orleans, LA. Who We Are! We have 3 main divisions:

Founded in 2010, we made our first investment with the acquisition of a 6-unit apartment building in Chalmette, Louisiana. Today, we are a vertically integrated investment, development, management, and construction company based out of New Orleans, LA. 3.) Private Equity: We partner with contractors to fund developments, as well as businesses looking for a strategic partner to assist in growing their businesses.

First project in Dallas, Texas!

Since taking over operations three months ago, we’ve already completed multiple lease renewals
and extensions, welcomed new tenants to the property, and continue to advance active leasing
conversations.

Significant operational and aesthetic improvements are underway, including new vendors,
planned landscaping enhancements, and the rebrand of the property from Three Forest Plaza to
The Meritum.

Proud to partner with a family office on the acquisition and lead ex*****on across acquisitions,
operations, leasing, and overall strategy.

Another acquisition closed — this one took patience until it demanded speed.

We sourced, underwrote, and structured the transaction over several months before the PSA became effective on December 31 and the deal closed by January 16. A highly complex, 32-story Class A office acquisition executed under extreme time pressure.

Grateful to partner again with NALD, the owner of the asset, and to continue as Operating Partner overseeing strategy and operations.

The Super Bowl was a huge success for us in 2025! We’d like to thank for being our advertising partner and securing some amazing building wraps from and . We also provided the parking for ROC Nation throughout their Super Bowl prep for the halftime show, and we secured a 400 space contract with the for their gameday parking. Thank you to everyone who made this event such a huge success for not only us but also the entire !

Things are moving along nicely on our industrial redevelopment project with Bayou Commercial in Carrollton, GA! Meetings with architects, concrete contractors, real estate brokers, and an impromptu investor meetup at a trampoline park were all super beneficial. Looking forward to the finished product!

It’s been 1 year since the City of New Orleans Safety & Permits department moved to Orleans Tower. This deal took us over 4 years to execute and complete, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. We are very happy to provide a professional and uplifting work environment for the City and those who visit city offices.

We took over this center in early 2022 with only 30% occupancy. Many improvements later, we have added FOURTEEN new tenants, increased NOI by multi-6 figures and are in the midst of a complete transformation!
