Is there anyone here who likes ice cream🍨🍧?
Surely you have wondered more than once what to do to be able to eat ice cream and not lose your previous work on the result.
It all depends on the quantity.
1 scoop of ice cream is almost 300 kcal large amounts of sugar and cream.
Does it have to be like this?
Well, no!
All you have to do is prepare ice cream 🍦 with fit ingredients 🤩 and you can enjoy wonderful cooling, especially on hot days 🌡🌞
Below are 4 proven

Almond-banana ice cream
Composition:
3 bananas
2 tablespoons of almonds

Ex*****on:
Peel the bananas and put them in the freezer for 3 hours. Blend the almonds to the consistency of thick yoghurt. Put the previously frozen banana into the blender and mix with the almonds for a few minutes.
Enjoy your meal

Avocado-banana ice cream
Composition:
1 avocado
1 banana
2 flat spoons of cocoa

Ex*****on:
Blend all the ingredients together, put into a mold or container, then put in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Enjoy your meal

Pineapple ice cream
Composition:
1/2 package of frozen pineapple
1 tablespoon of Xylitol or other sweetener
150g-200g cottage cheese
1.5 scoops pdm from Herbalife Nutrition. It tastes amazing

Blend all the ingredients together, put in the freezer for an hour. Then mix and set aside again for 30 minutes.

1 package of frozen raspberries
