Sam, with Salute Home Loans, joined Reliant last December as a division of our Parent Company and was all in on the Broker side of that division. After about 8 to 9 months, he decided that he saw the benefits of THE NEW RETAIL model and has officially merged his division, going all in with Reliant's New Retail. I know a lot of people have been told and sold that only the Non-Del and Broker division is your best route, but that is not true. We set up this new division to allow Salute Home Loans time to analyze, and we're glad they decided to go all in with us. Reach out if you're curious. LFG! The new retail is here, with facts and transparency. We have been building for over 12 years, and now we are ready to scale and bring the right Loan Originators with us. Reach out if you want to join a winning team focused on Operations, HR, Payroll, and Compliance, so you can build your mortgage origination business. We can easily take on another 500 million in Loan Production in the next couple of months, and you can bring over your Ops team; we'll take over that overhead for you.
