Our Realtor Happy Hour at the Draught House was a huge success. It’s always great getting people in the industry together to talk shop, share ideas, and build relationships that ultimately help us serve buyers and sellers at a higher level.

A big thank you to everyone who came out and to Chris Zamora and his partners with Goosehead Insurance for partnering on the event. I also would like to thank for her support. It’s building a team and partnership is what matters most.

Let’s talk about a loan product that’s changing the game for your investor clients — the DSCR Loan (Debt Service Coverage Ratio).
Unlike traditional loans that focus on personal income, a DSCR loan looks at the property’s cash flow.

If the rental income covers the mortgage payment, your client can qualify — even without showing tax returns or W-2s.
