We were new to refinancing and had a lot of questions and she was very patient and thoughtful with them. The web platform was super easy to use to get all the documents uploaded / reviewed / signed. Closing with Mimi at Winter's title was a breeze. We will highly recommend Mimi and FH to those interested in a good lender.
