The JFry Team has officially expanded yet again, in such a short time. 💪🏻

This one is so important.

I want to be able to help anyone and everyone that I possibly can, but one person can only do so much with the time in a day…

I already had the best team in place, as many of you have already experienced. 😉

But with how fast my business has grown + the influx of applications coming in this year… I’ve officially added a second assistant. 🏡

On the JFry team, going forward we have in place:
- JFry 🐐
- 2 assistants 🔏🔏
- 2 processors 🥊🥊
- 2 additional producing loan officers 📈📈

The latest addition to my team is going to ensure that NEW APPLICATIONS are not being delayed, and are being reviewed as quickly as possible.
(As quickly as you’re used to!!)

This week we will be getting caught up on all lingering applications that are in need of review or in need of follow up.

Going forward I’ll be right back to lightning speed and availability ⚡️

And maybe most importantly, I’ll be able to ATTEND ALL OF MY CLOSINGS AGAIN!!! 🏡🍾

14 this month and 14 next month and I’m sad that I haven’t been able to attend the majority of them. 😞

I look forward to having that time back and I look forward to being able to participate & elevate my referral partners outside of the office as well!

Every closing hits me in the feels, but today’s closing felt like a true VICTORY!

We had a timeline of 2 weeks to make it happen, or risk losing it all.

I’m sure that some lender’s would scoff at this, but my team embraced it head on.

Today, I’ll be attending the National Mortgage Professional’s annual Ultimate Mortgage Expo being held here in New Orleans.

I’ve gone to this expo 3 years in a row, ALWAYS eager to network with other successful loan officers & pick up on some tricks of the trade!

It’s funny that those who some would consider your “competition”… are often the very same people that will stick their hands out and do whatever they can to help you grow.

This isn’t an industry for the weak, and we all know that - so we support one another. ♥️

We share laughs, stories, advice, wisdom, and frustrations… and we get the opportunity to listen to some wonderful speakers that have proven themselves in so many different ways - sharing their personal experiences.
