America East starts TODAY! Check-in begins at 2pm and continues through 7pm in the Maryland Foyer on the 2nd Floor. Welcome reception 5:30-7:30 in the exhibit hall, and be sure to catch the hotel's daily fountains show in the Atrium at 8 or 9 pm.

BREAKING at this year's conference! Announced by Bob Carpenter, Acting Chief of the SBA 7(a) Program.

New 7(a) program fees for FY 2018!

Upfront Fees:

Loans over 12 months:
Up to $125,000 - 0.00%
$125,001 - $150,000 - 1.5%
$150,001 - $700,000 - 3.00%
Over $700,000 - 3.5%
Additional 0.25% on SBA-guaranteed amount over $1M.

Loans with maturity of 12 months and less - 0.25%

Fee waivers:
Full waiver on loans to veterans in SBA Express program.
50% waiver on loans to Veterans outside SBA Express program with approval amount up to $350,000.

Ongoing fee will INCREASE to 0.55% for ALL loans.

*Update on 504 fees coming soon!
