Yesterday we had the youngest member of the team join us for her very first day at the office. Matt’s daughter, Lucia, came in to help out with the extra calls we see toward the end of the year.

Lucia kicked things off by joining Matt on a Zoom call, then jumped right in taking calls at Maria’s desk. After a well-earned lunch break (and some Blippi), she wrapped up the day with an impromptu office dance party.

As a family-owned, independent insurance agency serving Long Island, moments like these remind us that insurance is about more than policies — it’s about people, relationships, and community. This is what life looks like behind the scenes at The Lavelle Agency 💙

With the weather starting to turn, the increase in glass claims is around the corner! 🍂🚗
