New year. Same focus on what matters most: our people.

Launch Week 🚀 is our annual investment in collaboration, fresh ideas, and growth, because when we invest in our employees, our clients feel the impact. This week we celebrated our team’s 2025 wins and began laying the foundation for what’s next at GKG, including a renewed focus on EOS for 2026—the tool we use to achieve success as an agency and deliver for our clients.

One of the best parts of Launch Week? Connecting with the GKG Team beyond the workday. This year, that meant visiting Munson—one of GKG’s longest-standing clients and a leader in the art space (located right in our own backyard)—and spending time together at Tailor and the Cook.

Here’s to entering the new year energized, aligned, and excited for what’s ahead.
