Tech Thursday. In close to 40 years in the mortgage business, I've seen a lot change.

When I started, there was no such thing as a fax machine. Then it arrived, and a credit report could reach us in 24 or 48 hours instead of 7 to 10 days by mail. After that came computers, and today everything is instant: emails, messages, responses, even sending money.

That progression, whoa, has our world changed.
