I used to have a whole contraption just to keep my Friday kugel warm. A double burner, a pot, steam everywhere. Such an eyesore.

Then I found this. It's a warming mat. Rolls up, plugs in, keeps everything warm without the mess.

Skill can be taught. But there are three things that can't: sense of urgency, work ethic, and attitude.

Next time you're hiring, look past the resume for a minute. Ask yourself if this person already has what can't be trained.
