🍂 Fall has officially arrived at Amy Glaser State Farm! 🎃

A HUGE thank you to L&K Produce for decorating the front of our office and making it look absolutely beautiful for fall! 🧡

We love getting to support other local businesses, and they completely knocked it out of the park with the pumpkins, mums, corn stalks and all the fall goodness. 😍🍁

If you’re out and about, swing by 210 S. Main Street and check it out — and be sure to visit L & K produce for all your fall decorating needs! 🎃🌽

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR HENRY COUNTY FLOOD VICTIMS ❤️

There is now additional disaster assistance available for families affected by the August flooding.

If your home or property was damaged — especially if you did not have flood insurance or your insurance did not cover all of your loss — please take the time to look into the assistance available to you.

Henry County residents can now find disaster assistance information through:

➡️ FEMA Disaster Assistance: DisasterAssistance.gov
📞 FEMA: 1-800-621-3362

➡️ Indiana August 2026 Disaster Resource Hub:
on.in.gov/August2026Disaster

There is also Indiana State Disaster Relief assistance available for qualifying Hoosiers affected by this disaster.

Please have information about your damage, photos, insurance information/claim information, identification and receipts or estimates available.

Do not assume you won’t qualify just because you have homeowners insurance. Disaster assistance may help with certain uninsured or underinsured disaster-related losses.

And please continue to report your storm/flood damage through Indiana 211 if you haven’t already done so.

Our community has been through an incredible amount over the last couple of weeks. Please share this so we can help make sure Henry County families know where to go for help.

Pet Food Assistance for Families Affected by Flooding

SICSA Pet Adoption and Wellness Center from Dayton, Ohio, will be in New Castle this Sunday, August 16, providing FREE dog and cat food to families who have been displaced or impacted by the recent flooding.

Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken (Parking Lot)
341 Trojan Lane, New Castle
10:00AM-11:00 AM

Look for the Kunal Patel Group SICSA van.

We will have primarily dry dog and cat food, along with a limited supply of wet food, available to help families care for their pets during this difficult time.

There is no cost. Pet food will be distributed while supplies last.

We know that when families experience hardship, their pets experience it with them. Our hope is to ease one small part of that burden and help keep pets and the people who love them together. ❤️🐾

Please share this post to help us reach families who may need assistance.

HENRY COUNTY — PLEASE REPORT YOUR FLOOD DAMAGE ❤️

If your home or property was affected by this week’s flooding, please report your damage to Indiana 211 — even if you do not have flood insurance.

This is extremely important.

Reporting to 211 is NOT an application for FEMA or financial assistance, and it does not guarantee that assistance will become available.

What it DOES do is help state and local officials document just how much damage occurred in our community. That information can be important as officials determine what state and federal disaster resources may become available.

📸 Take photos and videos of the damage
🧾 Save receipts for cleanup and emergency expenses
📝 Make a list of damaged property
📞 Report your damage to Indiana 211

Please share this post. There are many families in Henry County dealing with devastating losses right now, and we need the damage throughout our community documented.

08/13/2026

Our community has been hit incredibly hard by the flooding, and we know there are families dealing with damage, power outages, closed roads and a whole lot of uncertainty right now.

We want you to know that our doors are open.

If you need somewhere to charge your phone, use Wi-Fi, make a call, get a bottle of water, sit for a few minutes, or get help figuring out what to do next — please come see us.

You do not have to have a claim to need a little help. And you don’t have to be one of our customers to walk through our door.

If you are one of our insureds and have experienced damage, please reach out to us. We will help you navigate the next steps and be here to answer your questions.

Right now, we’re neighbors first. ❤️

Please stay safe, avoid flooded roadways, and check on one another.

⚠️ IMPORTANT OFFICE UPDATE ⚠️

Due to the severe flooding and dangerous road conditions in our area, our physical office will be closed today for the safety of our team.

Our team will be working remotely and available by phone during normal business hours to assist our customers.

We strongly encourage everyone to use extreme caution and avoid unnecessary travel. Never attempt to drive through flooded roadways. Conditions can change quickly, and your safety is far more important than reaching your destination.

Please stay safe, stay alert, and take care of one another.
