🚗 FULL TORT vs. LIMITED TORT — this one decision can cost you BIG time…

Most people in Pennsylvania pick limited tort to save a few dollars…
👉 but they have NO idea what they’re giving up.

Here’s the simple breakdown:

🔓 FULL TORT = FULL RIGHTS
If you’re injured in an accident, you can seek compensation for pain & suffering—no restrictions.

🔒 LIMITED TORT = LIMITED RIGHTS
You may NOT be able to recover for pain & suffering…
❗unless your injury meets certain legal thresholds (which isn’t always easy)

💬 Translation:
You could be seriously hurt… and still not get compensated the way you expect.

👀 I review policies every day, and this is one of the most misunderstood coverages I see.

And no—more expensive doesn’t always mean better… but this is one you NEED to understand.
