One of the most rewarding parts of this business isn’t the policies or the numbers—it’s earning trust.
Recently, I met with a new client who was referred to me by someone I’ve worked hard to serve well. The interesting part? This particular client is not someone who hands out recommendations lightly. In fact, they rarely recommend anyone.
When they shared my name with a friend from their coffee crew, I was genuinely humbled. I had the opportunity to meet with that friend this week, and before we even finished our conversation, they were already thinking of others who might benefit from a review as well.
Moments like this remind me why I approach insurance the way I do. I don’t believe in high-pressure sales. I believe in listening, educating, and helping each person find solutions that fit their unique situation.
Trust isn’t given. It’s earned one conversation, one question, and one client at a time.
To everyone who has referred a friend, family member, coworker, or fellow coffee drinker my way—thank you. Your confidence in me means more than you know.
