The fourth quarter highlighted ongoing challenges and opportunities in Fairfield County’s market. Our vibrant communities and amenities remain a strong draw, with demand steady across all price points.
Inventory remains tight, contributing to competitive conditions and upward pressure on prices. Despite these challenges for buyers, sellers have seen remarkable opportunities with rising home values and heightened interest in the market.
Looking ahead, 2025 promises a more balanced market, with moderating mortgage rates offering potential relief for buyers while maintaining value for sellers.
