Gieseler Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized and self-motivated individual who will work well in the fast-paced, ever-changing insurance space.

Responsibilities:
• Proactive customer engagement
• Preparing and discussing quotes and rounding out customer accounts
• Responsible for making changes to customer accounts and ensure clients are properly covered for their unique exposures
• Actively solicits referrals from current customers
• Completes customer inquiry follow-up activities in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Ability to work well with others in a small business environment
• Willingness to obtain a property & casualty insurance license within 6 months of hire date
• Committed to insurance continuing education
Job Type: Full-time

Benefits:
• 401(k)
• Health insurance
• On-the-job training
• Paid time off

Shift:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Insurance: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
• Doylestown, PA 18901 (Required)
