Building a business has taught me something I can’t unlearn:

Nobody is coming to chase you. 👊

I don’t wait for my leaders or mentors to keep checking on me, motivating me, or reminding me what I said I wanted.

If I want to GROW 📈, I seek.
If I want to LEARN 📚, I ask.
If I want MORE 🚀, I move.
If I need HELP 🤝, I reach out.

That’s ownership. 💯

A lot of people say they want success but wanting it and being willing to do what success requires are two completely different things.

They become comfortable. 🛋️
They delay. ⏳
They make excuses. 🚫
They wait for the “right time.”

Then life gets uncomfortable… and suddenly they look back and say:
💭 “I wish I would have started sooner.”
💭 “I should have taken it more seriously.”
💭 “I could have changed my life.”

Here’s the truth:
Comfort is temporary. ⏰
Excuses are expensive. 💸
Regret lasts much longer.

Your current comfort zone is NOT a retirement plan. 🚨

THEY DON’T SEE THE CALLING.📞

But do they really know what comes with the title?

This work requires a heart to serve 💛 a commitment to care, and the willingness to carry responsibility far beyond the paycheck.
It means:

📚Educating and empowering families to make informed financial decisions.
👩‍🏫Advocating for our communities and helping bridge the gaps in financial protection.
📝Continuously training and learning so we can better serve others.
🧑‍💼Coaching and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
🏦Carrying the responsibilities, risks, and liabilities of being a business owner.
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Balancing business, leadership, and family.
✅Showing up even when you’re tired, overwhelmed, or things don’t go as planned.

My WHY has not been just about money.
