I am reaching out to let you know that as my family has grown (we welcomed Sarah Grace 7 months ago) my coaching practice has become quite niched down.

So I’ve taken a bit of a break from communication for a while... a series of getaways and the need for reflection have required some distance from all things social and media.

I saw this symbol on the beach several weeks ago. For those that may not know, it indicates a certain amount of turbulence and risk. It is a warning, and signifies all those near it to be cautious when wading out into the water...

How do you respond to this? Do you duck your tail and run? Do you bury your head in the sand? Do you only put a toe in? Or, do you still venture out, knowing to be observant, but still taking enjoyment in the waves as they crash about you?

The advice is that you only go in if you are a “strong swimmer.”

How strong are you as a “financial swimmer”.....

Do you feel confident in your ability when handling money? Or is it just as volatile and unpredictable as determining where a wave might curl and turn?

If you feel any sense of confusion about how to work with money, you’re not alone. If you feel that it leaves your grasp, just as quickly as it enters, there are millions of people who know your frustration.

That’s where I can help. . I’m interested in helping to deliver education, not condemnation. I am NOT going to tell you what to do with your money. I’m interested in serving you so that you can make your money match your goals! I’m interested in walking alongside you so that you have accountability to avoid bad habits and establish good ones. I want to help put you in the driver seat of your finances.

I want you to win with your money.

So if you feel you are constantly caught in the undertow of your financial situation and worries, why don’t you grab hold of the life preserver I am offering? It doesn’t matter what stage of life you are right now... if you need help, it’s ok to ask for help.

Don’t wait for “things to get better”. Don’t wait for “when I have more money” or “when I’m in a better place”.

Time will continue to march on. You will continue down this same path, unless you make the decision to seek a guide to take you down another!

Something that’s always important to ask yourself...

“Am I speaking, so that I may then listen? Or do I speak simply to be right?”

What’s needed now is dialogue. Not division. Communion. Not condemnation. Respect. Not retribution.

It’s hard to tell people to listen as we simultaneously tell them to “shut up”. This is counterproductive to conversation and ultimately, progress.

True in so many ways. Expect to get what you put in. Don’t expect to receive what you did not first plant. Hidden in this is something beautiful, because while we are expected to do the work of sowing, God is able to bring about abundance for the harvest!
