Meet Priscila, she is a licensed insurance customer representative for the Portia Spradlin Allstate Insurance Agency since 2014. She is a notary public since the late 70’s, and recently renewed until 2031.
Prisicila grew up in a military family, as her dad retired from the Navy so she moved around often, almost every year or two. She was always the “new girl” in school. Priscila and her older siblings moved to Portsmouth durning her junior year of high school, and she has remained here ever since.
Priscila and her husband have been married for 46 years, she is a proud mom, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her family is the most important to her.
If you see Priscila out of office, you find her and her husband pool side with family, enjoying all kinds of outdoor activities, or riding motorcycles.
