Have you met Rachael Westover?
Rachael joined Charles Leach in September 2023 and successfully passed her Life, Health, and Accident insurance license exam. She is now a Client Services Executive in the Benefits Department.
Rachael is a local having graduated from Redbank Valley Highschool in 2013. Before working at Charles Leach, Rachael worked as a Customer Experience Supervisor at JCPenney, where she realized how much she loved to help and support people. After the store closed, she worked as a merchandise rep but missed having the opportunity to help others. Loving to learn and looking for a way to help, Rachael decided to go back to school for Psychology and is currently taking classes part-time.
When Rachael isn’t working, she likes to be drawing, painting, photography, and crafting. She also enjoys playing games with family and friends and going on nature walks.
