As the Erie Insurance outage continues, I would like to provide a few answers to some of the questions our clients have had.

All automatic drafts for home, auto, umbrella, etc. are halted. During this outage, your policy will not cancel for non payment and a late fee will not be assessed. We are currently unable to process payments in our office.

However, Erie Family Life policyholders currently set up for automatic payments will still be drafted and a grace period has been extended to manual payments.

While the claims process is looking a little bit different, we are still able to submit them to Erie Insurance. We would advise you to seek out our Direct Repair Shops and obtain an estimate as quickly as you are able. It is also helpful to take photos of all damages prior to the start of repairs.

Most importantly, you are covered.
Please rest assured that you are still being protected by Erie Insurance. We appreciate your patience while we navigate this time and look forward to assisting you.
