Holmes Bail Bonding is currently hiring for our New Bern, NC Branch Office. The New Bern Office covers the following counties, Craven, Carteret, Pamlico, Beaufort, Hyde, Martin, and Jones. We are seeking both licensed and un-licensed candidates. Holmes Bail Bonding is one of the largest retail bail bonds company in the Eastern half of North Carolina. Holmes Bail Bonding is seeking to fill positions with a career driven, customer oriented individual who will provide friendly, empathetic, non-judgmental and high level service to prospective clients while they uphold our professional public image. Successful candidates will be detail oriented, computer or smart device proficient and have excellent communication skills.
We provide training and assistance with how to get your bail bond license.
Our Agents post bonds at the local jails and assist other team members with the day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of customer service experience is required
Sales experience preferred
Must be eligible to obtain a Bail Bondsman License
Have had no serious criminal history and a good driving record
Must be willing to work any shift that supports our 24-hour operations including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
