When using a bondsman please know there is a such thing as
“TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE”
What doesn’t come out in the wash you will find in the rinse.
If the price are low so is the integrity, morals, and professionalism in which that agent acts.
Get your contracts and receipts in writing before you pay for a bond. Read the contract and payment plans. Ask for your copy and keep it.
Protect yourself from fraud and extortion.
Just because a person is a bondsman and has the power to sign a piece of paper to release someone from jail does NOT mean they will act in a legal, professional manner.
Get references from others who have used that bondsman. If you can’t google that bondsman and see their reviews that should be a tell tell sign of how professional they are. It very disappointing to hear all the horror stories of using a bondsman “with lower prices”. If you know some of the horrible stories that I know, you should just ask those bondsman to post a bond for free.!

You pay for what you get.
We will not dumb down our prices to match another bondsman who are out to cut throat other businesses. If you choose to go with the cheapest price please consider your sources of business PRIOR to doing business. Our company can not and will not rescue you from making your bad choice to go with a lower rate.
My advice.
Talk openly with the bail bonds agent/company YOU choose to do business with about your financial situation, expectations of the agent and any other concerns or questions you may have. Most reputable companies will work with you and be very up front. Every case is unique and we know that.
I have always been an educator on the bail bond industry. If you have questions or concerns give me a call. If our company and a majority of bail agents are being held to a high standard of our laws the public should know the laws. If you feel you have been wronged by a bondsman there are steps you as the public can take to make sure these rouge agents are held accountable.
The rumors that are spread about good bail agents will come from inmates and jailers being paid by these rouge bail bondsmen looking to make a dollar.
Silence is broken.! I am sick and tired of the BS.
Better yet, if you can relate with anything in this post please share your experience. Drop the names of the people you have had these experiences with. Let the public know.! These are isolated situations until we all come together and make it known. Save someone else the trouble.
