These clients were referred to me Tuesday night. The other lender messed things up and another lender told them it couldn’t be done. I reviewed everything Tuesday night and took the application Wednesday morning. The loan was submitted to underwriting late Wednesday afternoon and approved today (yes, even on a holiday). Now to get the appraisal transferred and we’ll be ready to close in no time!
