I was talking to someone the other day that knows what I do for a living. If you live under a rock and didn’t know, I do mortgages. But, what this person didn’t know is that we also do second mortgages - HELOCs & HELOANs. Shame on me for not talking more about it. Especially to investors. We offer products that most banks or other lenders don’t. We offer second lien financing on investment properties.

In some cases we can do it just based on the cash flow of the property and not your personal income. Why is this helpful? Because many investors take advantage of tax write offs and on paper have very little income.

Do you own an investment property and want to take cash out, but maybe you have a prepayment penalty or a rate so low you don’t want to touch? Well I have a solution!
