Did you know that scammers can "spoof" phone numbers?
Spoofing is when the caller uses technology to change how the caller ID information is displayed on your screen.

Scammers often spoof phone numbers, including ours. Please be aware that we will never contact you outside of normal business hours, unless previously discussed and it is expected. If you receive a call claiming to be someone from the bank after hours, do NOT give out any personal information and hang up immediately.

Please contact us directly if you ever receive a spoofed phone call pretending to be the bank.

We have been made aware of fake SHAZAM fraud text messages being sent to customers. Please read below to stay aware and protect yourself:

🛑 How the Scam Works
-You receive a text asking if you authorize a debit card transaction. It's made to look like it came from Shazam. Once you respond, you receive a phone call from an individual pretending to be from Shazam, who proceeds to ask for your debit card or other personal information.

⚠️ What You Need to Know
-Shazam will send out alerts for potentially fraudulent activity; however, a legitimate alert from Shazam will NEVER ask for your card number or personal information. If you receive a call or message asking for this or any other concerning information, hang up immediately and contact your financial institution or Shazam directly for any concerns.
