Health Insurance by Design, a family-owned, client-focused insurance agency, is looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our team on-site!
This full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) is perfect for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys helping people. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, support our Medicare brokers, manage appointments, maintain records, and keep our office running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong communication skills & attention to detail
✅ Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
✅ Previous customer service, administrative, or health insurance experience is a plus
