The Field Supervisor responsibilities include, but not limited to, the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. This includes overseeing all aspects of project deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project on a daily basis. The Field Supervisor will also manage subcontractors, materials and quality control. This candidate is expected to set and review goals with team on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure work is being completed on time and expectations are met/exceeded for each job.
