Two weeks ago, these clients reached out unsure if buying a home was even an option.

Today, they're under contract.

First-time buyers often think they need more money, a higher credit score, or that they should wait. Sometimes they just need a plan and the right people in their corner.

Now it's on to the next step—getting them to the closing table.

Pretty sure youth sports are the reason HELOCs were invented. 😂
Between club fees, tournament registrations, travel, hotels, equipment, camps, lessons, and somehow needing new gear every six months, it adds up fast.

A HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) lets homeowners access the equity they've built in their home and borrow only what they need, when they need it.

In all seriousness, homeowners use HELOCs for things like:
🏡 Home improvements
💳 Consolidating debt
🚨 Emergency expenses
📈 Investing in future opportunities

But if you're a sports parent, you probably stopped reading after the first paragraph.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there.

The older I get, the more I realize the best moments aren't the big ones. They're the drives to practice, fishing trips, conversations on the way home, volunteering together, and the everyday moments that often get overlooked.

Being Drew's dad has been the greatest privilege of my life, and I'm grateful for every memory we've made and every one still to come.

Hope everyone gets to spend some time with the people who matter most today.

Memorial Day always hits a little differently when you stop and really think about what it means. Today isn’t just about cookouts, a day off, or the unofficial start of summer.
Today is about honoring the men and women who gave their lives for this country and for people they would never even meet. Their sacrifice gave families like ours the freedom to build a life, create memories, chase dreams, and enjoy the little things we often take for granted.
As a husband, dad, and someone who works helping active military, veterans and their families build a future through homeownership, I’m especially grateful for the opportunities their sacrifice made possible.
🇺🇸 Remember the fallen. Honor their families. Never take freedom for granted.
