We were incredibly proud to sponsor the first annual Michael F. Ferreer Memorial 3v3 Challenge Basketball Tournament at his alma mater, St. John’s High School in Shrewsbury.

The tournament brought together family, friends, and community to celebrate Michael, with all money raised benefiting a scholarship established in his name at St. John’s.

We brought our Member Experience Team together for a day focused on connection, growth, and one simple idea: creating remarkable experiences doesn’t happen by accident. It happens through the choices we make every day.

We spent time learning, sharing stories, hearing from teammates about their career journeys, and challenging ourselves to think differently about the moments that matter most to our members.

The day was a great opportunity to reflect on the important role our team plays in every interaction, every problem we solve, and every opportunity we have to make banking easier, more human, and more remarkable.
