If you have been thinking about getting out of your apartment, to start investing in your future (not your landlords) there are loan options that do not require a huge downpayment. If you qualify for a Conventional Loan, you can buy with just 3% down, an FHA loan is just 3.5%. With home prices and rates trending down it's time to start checking your options.
