After more than 40 years in insurance, Darlene Arner-Kieffer isn’t retiring — she’s building the next chapter.
For more than four decades, Darlene has built a career around something much bigger than selling insurance. She has built relationships, earned trust and genuinely cared for the people and families she serves. For the past 10 years with Farmers, she has continued that work throughout the Navarre and Massillon communities, building an agency and reputation that she should be incredibly proud of.
Beginning September 1st, Darlene will be partnering with our agency, the Joel McKinnon Insurance Agency. For her clients, the most important part of this announcement is simple: Darlene ISN'T going anywhere.
She will continue working from the local office, meeting with clients, reviewing coverage and doing what she has always done best — taking care of the people who have trusted her for so many years.
What is changing is the amount of support behind her.
Our agency is bringing additional team members, additional resources and the support of a Farmers Presidents Council Agency, placing us among the top 1% of Farmers agencies nationwide.
That means more people available to answer the phone, help with a policy, handle a claim, review coverage and support Darlene's clients and the community she has served for decades. That's what Darlene has built her career around, and that's exactly what we intend to protect and build upon for many years to come.
I'm incredibly excited about this partnership and what it means for Darlene, her clients and the Navarre/Massillon community.
