Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) aims to strengthen the mental and moral resiliency of individual Marines through realistic combative training, warrior ethos studies, and physical hardening.

The football and female soccer team for Citrus Hills High School conducted a Combat Fitness Test! This CFT consists of:
- Movement to Contact: 880 yard sprint
- Ammunition Lift: 30 lb Ammo can lift
- Maneuver Under Fire: 300 yard course with a variety of battle related challenges including crawls, ammunition re-supply, gr***de throwing, agility running, and buddy carries/dragging.
SSgt Bobby Hildebrand and the Recruiting Station for Moreno Valley team had great tips for these kids to accomplish this test well and answered any questions they had! If you're interested in trying out one of these CFT's or how to get your school involved, send us a DM or walk in to your local recruiting office to find out! 😎
