The football and female soccer team for Citrus Hills High School conducted a Combat Fitness Test! This CFT consists of:
- Movement to Contact: 880 yard sprint
- Ammunition Lift: 30 lb Ammo can lift
- Maneuver Under Fire: 300 yard course with a variety of battle related challenges including crawls, ammunition re-supply, gr***de throwing, agility running, and buddy carries/dragging.
SSgt Bobby Hildebrand and the Recruiting Station for Moreno Valley team had great tips for these kids to accomplish this test well and answered any questions they had!
