Our recent You, Me, and Barre3 event was a meaningful opportunity to gather with an incredible group of women and celebrate stewarding our health and our resources well.

Hosted by Whitney Harrison, the afternoon included a Barre3 signature workout, lattes and matchas from High Brow Coffee, and plenty of fellowship and connection.
