Hello Realtor Friends!

We are hosting an informative meeting you want to attend on Wed, September 4th, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The meeting will outline Crucial Lending Insights (post-NAR Changes) and 5 Key Lending Strategies to Protect Your Compensation.

We will be discussing post-NAR changes relating to lending and the top 4 questions every realtor MUST have a strategy for and be able to answer:

1. What happens if we increase the price to get you paid, but the value doesn't come in?
2. How do you plan to win against multiple offers when you must make your highest and best offer and build your commission into the sales price? What happens if the value doesn't come in?
3. What happens if the property/seller offers a low or zero commission, and your buyer has to build your commission (some/all) and closing cost into the sales price?
4. How do you create affordability for your client without jeopardizing the previous three items and still getting paid?
