Always be investing
The problem - What do you do all day with your time? On-line games? Chat with friends? Lead generate (Cold call)? These, yes even lead generate, are your biggest waste of time that you can ever do in real estate investing. Investing in real estate is summed up in just two simple actions: Buying (should I say acquiring) more real estate; and selling / renting that property for profit.
The Solution - There used to be a time where every day I would acquire another property. My 2020 goal is to get back to those times again. It’s funny when people remark that it’s impossible to do that when I was doing that. I shook my head. Many people here now will think the same thing. Well, I don’t know what to tell you but read on.
The 3 steps - Forget waiting to find “Deals,” they’re all deals. Just keep putting offers in. And if you can’t find the deals, build them. We build spec and investment homes and duplexes.
