Contractor and real estate friends… Need help with concrete re finishing ideas and or contacts.

I have a driveway in which we poured it, barricaded off the entrance and some nice person helped us out by moving the barricade and proceeding to drive down the driveway after it was recently poured to steal wood. They left tire marks in the brand new concrete.

Our installer attempted to patch and refinish the spots however that did not come out to my satisfaction. He attempted to re finish the entire driveway so it would be more consistent however, it is still not to my standard.

All that being said, I’m seeking suggestions in regards to re finishing the existing concrete. We thought about painting it but the surface is imperfect. I assume it may need to be diamond grinded prior to any type of refinish. Any suggestions are appreciated
