Got 12% cash flow???

With so much uncertainty in the market today we have decided to offer our investors a 12% annual rate.

How?

We have just launched our debt fund that will provide a 12% to investors and backed by a first position placement in assets located in markets we know well.

With payments being due to us by the 5th of each month, allows a 10 day period for us to turn payments around to investors by the 15th each and every month.

Thankfully we have just secured our first placement opportunity into a 3 asset portfolio that offers us a basis, as lender, of ~$66k/unit on assets that appraised at $105k/unit.

In today’s environment I’m not sure anything else is better than this...solid monthly cash flow.

Healthy returns, 2008 construction, 372 units, strong market, sunshine, palm trees, buying at a discount to current market trades, rent projections that are still slightly below the comp set, the list goes on and on…

This will be the single largest raise yet on a single deal but we are close to the finish line.

Out of a $23MM equity raise we are only ~$2MM shy but we will get there without a problem.

What’s not to like about 372 units of upside that was built in 2008 in one of the hottest markets in the country?

Are you looking to invest in real estate?

My name is Benjamin Inman, founder of Inman Equities. Until a few years ago I was where most of you are, I was living paycheck to paycheck, barely able to save enough money to invest in anything. What I have been able to accomplish over the past few years, since resigning from Grant Cardone / Cardone Capital, has been nothing short of life changing. I have been able to do this due to my laser focus investing in real estate– starting with $0 of my own money.

If we’re anything alike, the hardest thing was to make the money – the second was to invest it so it multiplied faster than the rate of inflation.

My only options for passive investments were stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.
