J&G Realigns Its Property Portfolio to the Changing Population

For the past decade, the Nashville and Naples areas have been the cornerstone of J&G’s success. With both areas showing consistent and significant appreciation in real estate values, it was time to reassess our strategy. With that said, we decided to divest our Nashville single-family townhouse holdings and reallocate our investments in two high-demand real estate areas. Our updated portfolio now includes (1) premier Senior Living Centers in Nashville, Phoenix, and St. Louis, and (2) multiple-family and university housing facilities literally steps off of the campuses of Northwestern University and the University of Maryland.

We continue to keep a strong foothold in Naples as we complete a new build slated for a mid-April completion.

So, whereas J&G’s focus was solely on Nashville & Naples in single-family housing, we’ve broadened our geographic reach and target audience for higher growth potential.

We look forward to this new chapter - both professionally and personally - as we continue to expand J&G Properties.

I can hardly wait! The Firstbank Amphitheater is soon to open up in Thompson’s Station. It’s a unique, open air venue positioned within a limestone rock quarry surrounded by cliffs up to 100 feet tall. Word has it that the acoustics are amazing. Seats 7,500 and it’s 30 miles south of Nashville which is just several miles from J&G’s Nashville Properties!

So anxious to hear all the great Nashville musicians in this outdoor arena! With most of the Nashville music artists living in this area, I’m sure there will be a lot of adhoc music concerts. Stay tuned!
